How do I book a desk for the day?
Online at app.collab-coworking.fr: choose your date, pay by card and get instant confirmation. For a booking less than 48 hours ahead, call 03 65 67 51 17. Weekly and monthly desks are booked through the contact form.
What are the opening hours?
For a one-off day, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. With a monthly contract, you receive a badge and can access your desk 24/7.
Is the desk really mine?
Yes. For a day, a desk is reserved for you. On a monthly plan, it is yours: nobody else sits there, and you receive your post on site.
Can I use the meeting room?
Yes, by the half day (€149 excl. VAT) or the full day (€219 excl. VAT), booked online. On a monthly plan, you can add 4 hours of meeting room time for an extra €30 excl. VAT.
How does the trial day work?
You book a day at the day rate, €25 excl. VAT. If you then sign a long-term contract (monthly desk or private office), that day is refunded.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. More than 13 days before: free cancellation. Between 13 and 7 days: 30% of the amount is due. Between 6 and 4 days: 80%. 3 days or less, or if you do not show up: 100%. Refunds are made within 30 days to the card used.
