How do I book the meeting room?
Directly online at app.collab-coworking.fr: choose the date, a half day or a full day, and pay by card for instant confirmation. Less than 48 hours ahead, call 03 65 67 51 17. Quotes are available for companies and training providers.
What are the room's opening hours?
One-off bookings are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. A half day lasts 4 hours. Collab residents can use the room 24/7 with their included hours.
Is there a flipchart, a screen, video conferencing?
Yes: a large dry-erase whiteboard, a 65-inch 4K screen with wireless screen sharing, a sound system and 8 Gb/s fibre for your video calls.
How many people, and in what layout?
Up to 10 people seated in 15 m², around the large table (boardroom layout) or in rows facing the screen (training layout). For a group of 11 to 20 people, the studio switches to conference mode, on quotation.
Can I cancel or move a booking?
Yes. More than 13 days before: free cancellation. Between 13 and 7 days: 30% due. Between 6 and 4 days: 80%. 3 days or less, or if you do not show up: 100%. Refunds within 30 days.
Coffee, lunch, breaks: how does it work?
Coffee, tea and water are included. The equipped kitchen and the shared space are available for lunch, and the restaurants on place d’Erlon are 3 minutes away. Meal trays or catering on quotation.
