The 18 m² photo studio turns into a presentation room for 20 people seated, with everything you need to project, write and be heard.

After 5.30pm, the space is yours: after-work drinks in the shared space, catered buffet, arcade machines, virtual reality or a simulator set up on site. A format that pairs well with an afternoon working half day.

Catering and activities
A seminar also happens round the table and after the slides, during the day and in the evening.
For food, we work with Reims caterers for breakfast, meal trays or a buffet served in the shared space. For activities, video games, arcade machines, virtual reality and a simulator can be set up on site to end the day as a team. And in the evening? The space is available in the evening, outside opening hours, for after-work drinks or a team evening. Everything is priced on quotation, based on the number of participants and the programme.

How many people can you host for a seminar?

What does a seminar day at Collab include?
The studio in conference mode (projector, 180 x 120 screen, whiteboard, sound), the meeting room for workshops, coffee and water, and a welcome from the team. Catering, breakfast and activities are added on quotation.
What activities do you offer?
Video games and arcade machines, virtual reality and a simulator, with our Reims partners. We put the programme together with you, on quotation.
Can I book the space for an evening?
Yes. Outside opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm), the shared space, the studio and the meeting room are available in the evening on quotation, for after-work drinks, a team evening or an activity after a working day. Tell us the time you have in mind and we’ll sort it out.
