How much does a private office at Collab in Reims cost?

What is included in the rent?
Very high-speed fibre, heating and air conditioning, electricity, water, cleaning of the shared areas, coffee, printing, furniture (optional), 24/7 badge access, kitchen, phone booths and an allowance of meeting room hours depending on the floor area.
What commitment and what notice period?
A minimum term set at signing (3 months by default) and a 3-month notice period, the same on both sides. No 3-6-9 commercial lease, no deposit locked away for years.
Can I visit before signing?

Can I register my company at the office address?
A registered office address service is under consideration and is not offered for the time being. Private office occupants can, however, declare the address as a secondary establishment and receive their post there for the duration of the contract.
